Lesson 01 - What is Freedom?

Freedom Kids! is an empowering program designed to help teens and pre-teens break free from negative self-image and low self-worth. This evidence-based program provides tools to help participants discover and value their identity, addressing challenges like body image issues, rejection, bullying, family struggles, and more. By developing a strong sense of self, adolescents can resist negative influences and achieve freedom through healthy self-esteem, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
