Lesson 12 - My Future Perspective

In the final session, participants receive the core value of Perspective, which is about maintaining a healthy attitude towards oneself and others. They review the Freedom Values and Freedom Creed, practice positive thinking, and set personal goals for what they want to be free from. They learn the importance of setting healthy boundaries without hurting others and are encouraged to always strive for what is good and right.
