Lesson 03 - Freedom From Rejection

This session helps participants understand that while everyone faces rejection, they do not have to live defined by it. They learn to practice positive affirmations and embrace their unique selves. The core value of Acceptance is highlighted, teaching them that self-love and belief are key to overcoming rejection. The lesson’s goal is, "I cannot change how people see me, but I can change how I see me."
