Lesson 04 - Freedom From Comparison

Participants learn that everyone’s body is different and comparing oneself to others is natural but unproductive. They discover that true contentment comes from within and that a positive body image is linked to self-esteem. Tools are provided to help them overcome body image issues and embrace their uniqueness. The core value of Confidence is emphasized, encouraging them to believe in themselves from the inside out.
