Lesson 07 - Freedom From Unhealthy Relationships

Participants learn the importance of establishing healthy boundaries in their relationships. They are given tools to develop physical, mental, and emotional boundaries and learn about forgiveness, conflict management, and rising above unhealthy relationships. The core value of Boundaries is highlighted, teaching them to create relational limits for healthy behaviour.
